Emerson Colwell III graduated from Central Connecticut State University with his bachelors in Exercise Science with a focus on clinical exercise physiology. During his time at Central, he worked alongside physical therapists to strengthen his exercise background and exercise selection.
His certifications include:
NASM - Certified Personal Trainer
ACSM - Certified Exercise Physiologist
